IMCC was established in 1974 as a Joint Venture between CMS and consortium of eight reputed Japanese companies lead by Nippon Steel Corporation - Japan. In October 2006, CMS acquired 100% ownership of IMCC.

IMCC’s main activities since inception are to provide offshore Maintenance and Construction Services, Pipe Laying, Piling, Salvaging, Diving and associated services in the partitioned zone between Saudi Arabia (Aramco Gulf Operations Co.) and Kuwait (Kuwait Gulf Oil Co.)

IMCC is equipped with state of the art offshore service vessels and equipment that are well manned by experienced & seasoned crews of marine engineers, divers, mechanics, welders and seamen.

IMCC's mission is to become the preferred provider offshore maintenance and construction services in the gulf region and to be recognized internationally for the quality provided to its customers.
